Mark A. Stansberry is Chairman of the
GTD Group which comprises several companies.
Mr. Stansberry is a 1977 graduate of Oklahoma Christian
University, a graduate of The Fund for American Studies formerly
the Institute on Economic and Political Systems held at
Georgetown University, Intermediate School of Banking held at
Oklahoma State University and Commercial and Agricultural
Lending School, University of Oklahoma.
He currently serves on various other boards including:
Chairman of the Governor's International Team, Chairman of the
State Chamber's Energy Council 2003-2007, Board of Trustees -
People to People International, Board of Regents of The Fund for
American Studies, Advisory Board - International Institute on
Economics and Political Systems, Athens, Greece, President of
The International Society of The Energy Advocates, and Chairman
of the International Energy Policy Conference. He is past
chairman of the Board of Regents of the University of Science
and Arts of Oklahoma, 1990-1991, and has served on other various
boards and councils.
In 1991, he co-authored an energy handbook entitled, "The
Acquisition Process and Due Diligence: Minimum Risk/Maximize
Return!" He has testified before the U.S. Senate Natural
Resources Committee along with other regulatory bodies.
He and his wife, Nancy, reside in Edmond, Oklahoma. They
have three children. He enjoys playing guitar and reading. |
